Off site links

Hmm, not sure my new method for highlighting off site links (in accordance with W3 guidelines, thanks max design) are really working, maybe I just need a new graphic... looks messy! If you don't see my little pointing fingers everywhere, refresh your browser until you do. Not sure I'll implement this one on popex.

UPDATE: Little pointing arrows look better now.
