Are you back to offer me a flat to give away in a competition?

Marine Crescent is a Grade II Listed landmark building of unique elegance and stature, which dominates the historic coastline of Folkestone's seafront Riviera... looks nice but a bit small though...

Marine crescent Folkestone Restoration project
There is alot of comments about how small the flats are, but i personally think that they are definately an investment not to be missed.
The builders involved M&B ltd Builders ltd deserve a medal for taking the project on, and all the contractors have worked really hard on the restoration of Marine Crescent, after viewing the showflat and having a tour, its amazing to see the difference, from the run down derilict forgotten property it was.
This should be one restoration Folkestone will defentely be thankfull of.
Georgous piece of history restored to its beauty.
Well done .

I agree the flats are georgous and well worth just coming up to visit for the views, have been on some websites with marine crescent from years ago, and its definately getting restored to its best.
I live in Folkestone and was amazed at how quick the project is getting done.

Wow what a coincidence that you all have the same positive points to make! Do you work for M&B Builders Ltd, are they desperate for some positive press? There's no need for deviousness here, a few biased comments are fine, someone else will come along and balance them up - just look at The Timothy Swinebar saga.
If you're connected in some way with the development, why not post up a few pictures, really try and sell the places? I'm as keen for the regeneration of Folkestone as anyone.
I've got it, why not do an Evening Standard style apartment giveaway, in return for acres of press?

I personally think marine crescent is a lovely restoration there has been a lot of hard work thought and money put into the project M&B Builders should be proud of their work aswell as all the rest of the contractors involved in the project.
I would like to say a big WOW it looks really good and breathtaking.
Cant wait to see the finished project.
