Splendid weekender

Nov212005

Took a drive to sunny Fareham for the weekend to catch up with the family, and see baby Anabel, the delightful new offspring of the best man and his wife. Was a nice relaxed couple of days, apart from the driving, had a great meal at La Orient, our third choice and a bit of a gamble, but really good, and a fantastic roast dinner, with enough leftover brought home for tea tonight...

Double doh, just got TURNED DOWN for a bank account with smile.co.uk, not sure what that's all about, back to the drawing board... Also just missed Folkestone on TV, a property auction show called "Homes Under The Hammer", damn being at work.

PAY?

If we get turned down for another one, will definitely look into it, but we got accepted by if.com. There were a load of factors that would count againts us, like not being in the flat long, living in a shared flat before, moving frequently, not actually wanting to borrow any money, and Clare recently changing her name.

Ask why you were turned down for that bank account,it might be connected to your current or old addresses
