Four Men On A Train
Home
Not a bad journey in today, except for Four Men On A Train sat on the table next to us who gibbered business speak all the way in... Has felt like something's kicking off since we got to town though. Clare's District Line tube from Cannon Street was shut, so I bumped into her again on the Central Line. Then there were warnings that Holborn station was closed because of a fire alert, then Chancery Lane seemed FAR too busy to me, and I was having flashbacks to the evacuation of two weeks ago. Then there were police positioned at points between there and Hatton Garden... Now there are police everywhere outside work, and Farringdon Road is cordoned off, though they're still letting pedestrians through. Hopefully no more news, as it doesn't break.
Oh yeah, Four Men On A Train is a fairly crap Comic Strip reference, I got the box set at last, though have only watched the extras and documentaries. 39 episodes to go! Clare is going off on her hen night to Amsterdam today, so I might well have a marathon session in front of the TV.
Had my first post stag do beer yesterday, and it hardly hurt at all. I didn't quite manage to finish it, but at least I've got back on the horse.
