Mary ellen.and clark sheppard

does anyone know anything about my greatgrandparents john addison clark and mary ellen clarke (nee clayton ) they were married about 1892 in Cleethorpes and 6 children Edit,Kate,winifred ,john,muriel and hilda. I also found that two brothers of my greatgrandfather (on the other side of the family) both married ladies with the surname clark they are Herbert Sheppard who married Emily Clark born 1870.and Frederick Sheppard who married Hannah clark born 1870 I know its a common name but I wonder if anyone out there knows anything about these ladies or if they were related to each other
