The rules of commuting

Not so much of an issue for me today as I slept well and wasn't tired this morning, and am quite enjoying my book, BUT... This morning there was a right annoying bastard woman on the train, talking REALLY LOUDLY all the way to London. Is there not some kind of unwritten rule of commuting (especially in from Kent) that the first carriage is a SILENT carriage, for people who want to sleep? This annoying witch even said "oh, I can never sleep on the train", THANKS LOVE, neither can anyone else with you in the carriage...

Ooh, there's a Hackaday podcast / blogcast on the way, should be up by this evening...

Also, check out my rounded corners on the side bar over there --> You might need to refresh the page to see them, and YEAH I know they don't quite line up if you're using a wonky old browser like internet explorer, I will put in a hack to sort this as soon as poss...

There was me thinking that you'd deleted all your posts or something, and this had gone back to an old message. But then I saw the date, and no, it was right enough.

You should get ear plugs.

Blogging about her seems to have done the trick

The carriage was in SILENCE today... just to be on the safe side though, we're going to start a flyering campaign, leaving notes on all the seats...

ah yes the leaflet campaign

That sounds like a sound move. Failing that dont wash for a week and everyone will move away when you enter the carriage!

your rounded corners - i see wot u've done but they dont work on my screen res - and also as i've changed my default background to grey, not white, they look kinda different. but it was a nice idea.

so STAR WARS episode 3 tonight. YAY.

have u seen...dvdrip standard came out yesterday afternoon on the intermaweb - albeit a version with timer on the top of screen.

yeah my corners must look RUBBISH if you're loading your own CSS or something... if you want to add

.roundtop { display: none; }
.roundbottom { display: none; }

then the roundy bits will go again. Or is it not via CSS?

Enjoy the film!
