Ooh, it's another Snow Patrol track!
Home
Nice weekend, good to spend some time with friends in Winchester. The journey there wasn't so fun, guess things run slower at the weekend, so over three hours door to door and about two and a half back... Should be somewhere just over an hour from Winchester to London Waterloo in the week, but I guess they slow the pace down at the weekend and it's 1.20 - 1.40... that's the same speed as to get from Folkestone to London Bridge! So soon perhaps my commute will be only as unbearable as my Hampshire based chums...
2600 mails today, and NOT ONE actually for me, unless I deleted it too hastily... Couple of weeny website issues to sort out, does this page look normal to you? Things are a bit squeezed up. Also proper work, passing a reference to an array of venues into the listings routine has stopped working! The reference is getting "flattened" out to a string. And some actual physical work, going to carry this iMac home, now I've installed iTunes on it... Got to decide what to do though, the most important thing is that flatmate's IPOD works with it OK, so if I connect my IPOD first is it going to stop hers from working? This is what I think's happened with the PC since we upgraded to new versions of the firmware...
And another chum is blogging, meet Tolmo...

We live in a two Pod, one PC household. Different XP user profiles handles two separate libraries. Anything similar for a Mac?

We should be logged in to different user profiles... can't get either computer to recognise one of the IPODs since we upgraded the firmware on them... Just realised why the iMac won't recognise them, haven't actually installed the IPOD software on it yet, only iTunes... Cheers for the help!

But you're a bit stuffed when by accident you plug your 40gig Pod into your gf's profile, wipe out your esquisite taste and end up with her crap on yours :-(

Yeah, it would be GREAT dancing at the disco of your IPOD! Don't worry, sorted it now man, lots of Queen, Foo Fighters, and AC/DC...

That is the fear I have, especially as we DON'T have everything that's on the IPOD on the computer... I'm trying it all out with the flatmate's player first, just to be on the safe side...
