Cheers to Rob for this, he says: do a google search on

inurl:"view/index.shtml"

and it throws up thousands of online surveillance cameras made by a company called Axis - they are not meant to be generally available but the option to block non-authorised users is not switched on by default and a lot of them have not been blocked...

Ha, here's one outside my old University department - I see the skip is still there full of rubbish. That used to be a gold mine of old electrical equipment thrown out by the department. I 've still got the oscilliscope I rescued.
