So this is why the trendy xmas dinner of the year is stuffed ultimately into a goose and not a turkey... Thanks ntk.net.

I am keen on trying to make my own kev equivalent of this, though a tomato stuffed in an onion stuffed in a pepper is going to be fiddly, not worth the effort and not hugely impressive. Needs some thought.

we actually had this for christmas last year

Ours was a goose stuffed with a duck stuffed with chicken stuffed with a cat or something like that, I dont know.
It was BLUDDY GRATE though!
