Our planning application was approved! But...

Hmm building approval has not been done, luckily this is only going to take a couple of days to sort out though. If it was a big project it might take eight weeks. We need to stump up four hundred big ones (ok, 400 quid, so 400 small ones) too, which was not in the budget but that's fine.
