BACK in the office today for a meeting, so preparing for that... DANN rain overnight meant water was flowing in the bedroom window again. SMASHING barbecue at the weekend, now have to decide if we can find the time to go to on holiday with the same chums in three weeks - have to fit this in with Belgium, Glastonbury , Clare's cousin's wedding and more... busy summer! Didn't go to Ryan's in the end, went to the Londesborough instead, which is nicer really. It looks poncey, but it sells bitter and it's comfortable, can't complain. Walked past Stoke Newington's new 500 capacity venue on the way there, The Eye. Looks exactly like Ryan's from the outside, haven't seen any lineups yet, will cherche... Now, tasks:
- popex admin, deleting accounts, reading mail, adding bands and processing charts, takes most of the day now that I can't swipe half the charts from SBN in a ready packaged format
- Barfly IT meeting, preparing for and sitting through - BIIIIIIG meeting
- Writing a new "gig mail" thing that will send you a mail when tickets for your fave band go on sale - mostly because I want to get me some Darkness tickets (in at number 11, who'd have thought) but also because it'll hopefully increase ticket sales.
- Barfly admin, remove user account
- Barfly new feature, add fax listings button - done, needs testing
- Barfly fix, don't include "edits" on the "summary" email, done, I think
- Barfly new feature, add listings for fly listings section - new format of listings
- Get Barfly PO system in order and show Jez through it
- Be on hand to help Barfly staff make more use of the Calendar
- Include a new feature, a "preview" button on the purchase order system
- Bit of Barfly documentation for making graphics into links
