Heading to Folkestone for the second time this week tomorrow evening, for a meeting with the freeholders of the flat. It's a weird set-up, but nothing else seems to have helped so far, hopefully I can explain to them I don't want to make any changes to the flat, I just need to be sure no-one tries to make any changes to the flat after I move in. So, better have a wash and a shave and try to look like I won't be causing any problems with noise or banging on the floor. I will not be wearing my Fighting Cocks t-shirt...
