Hmmm. I'd say that Folkestone's art scene needs to become significantly more derivative / downright crap if it's going to garner any serious plaudits.

You might be in luck though, Turner prize winning Mark "dress up like a bear and wonder about a bit" Wallinger is on his way to Folkestone for the Triennial.
