I am outbid

Nov142007

I figured out how to get the furniture I am after couriered down from Preston with the help of a really cool website (that I have temporarily forgotten the name of) where you advertise what you want doing and all sorts of couriers and hauliers and man-with-vans bid for the work. After all that the bookcase has another bidder interested who's prepared to pay more than me, so they can have it. It'll be a half price bargain for them, but I don't really need this enough to be trying to outbid them.

Good to know this furniture keeps some of its value, in case I'm strapped, we've got a few bits already.

Work is a bit hectic at the moment, too much to do, not enough people to do it really.

UPDATE: Remembered now I'm back at work, it was freightalerts.co.uk
