Surely this is worth DOUBLE that..? Maybe not.
The basement flat next door (but still in my block) sold over the summer for only £110,000, that's a lot less than I hope this one's worth. It is only a one bedder, and in the basement, and the whole thing has been gutted by the new purchaser, so we'll see what they put it back on at... that price info from OurProperty.
