Going through mine and Clare's CD's, ripping all the one's I don't even listen to with a view to throwing them out, or at least packing them away somewhere. In searching for pictures, I accidentally hit Ebay for Terrorvision's Thrive EP. And it's got a real cash value! Who wants to buy it off me? My one is signed too!
We have a gap now in the corner of the lounge, I never liked the CD racks, and we never ever took a CD from there to put on, everything's computer based now. Now I've got rid of the racks though, the corner looks bare... I don't like clutter, but what can I put there?
Hmm, someone's still asking200 quid for one of these, bit optimistic, I have a couple.

Still got most of your vinyl?
I think I'll never throw mine out - I've got CDs that have turned dull grey and won't play anymore but the vinyl still works, even if you have to blu tak a 10p to the pickup arm.
Was going to comment on The Darkness but got a site down message. Only saw them once, in Sheffield 4 years ago very good. My ears are still ringing.

i get that all the time, this whole thing needs an overhaul. Got vinyl yes, got some of it up on the wall, got some frames from Urban Outfitters, so got a little gallery of our favourite albums in the hallway.

The last house move was the first one where the Hi Fi wasn't set up first. In fact it wasn't set up at all and went straight up in the loft along with all the CD's.
Too much floor space with all the collection now digitalised.
I wouldn't throw or sell them though - they're part of my life.

I mostly just mean storing them. I do have masses of cd's I got sent free that i've never listened to though, will probably get rid of them.
