hi my name is rhonda i am a first gen American. my great grand mother was
Alma Elsey Clark born in,I think in Woolwick
lond. she died in 1967.the only info i have is that her father was an elect for the bank of
england.Taken as a hostage for a bank robbery then let go. any info would be great.My grandma still has relt there but the stories turn around when they tell them. let me know if you find any thing. thanks Rhonda

couldn't find anything for that name though, and don't think there's a link to our family - Clark and Clarke are really common names unfortunately : (

Try joining one of the forums or mailing lists that are specific to the area you think she lived in, most of our lot are in Hampshire, on the English South Coast, Woolwich is in South East London, near to Greenwich.
