Folkestone WeekenderBooked into La Bamba Mexican Restaurant, Hythe which I just found via Hythe Live. I think it's not up to date, as I'm sure the fantastic Kai's has closed now. Also going to Chambers again which I'm really looking forward to - proper beer, pool table ... A new bar / restaurant in HytheAlso went to Earl Brownes in Hythe yesterday, it's new, and it's quite swanky... an interesting mix of styles, from the tudor beams in the bar, back to the bedouin style drapes at the back.
