Everyone at work's installing Firefox in response to this latest security hole in MSIE - this has got to be a good day for takeup of this browser, and a crippler for Microsoft!

Poor The Flatmate arrived home from Glastonbury this morning, having not slept, got on the 5am train, and then straight into work and out tonight, still on no sleep, by tonight she will be an ZOMBIE! Impressed that Big Jimmy managed a post every day on his glasto blog, but this blog managed a little more.

Casino Avenue and London Filter picked up on my Urs Meier / David Bowie thing the other day, the path to riches is surely paved with referals.

Got some programming to do today, I realised my caching routine was running away with a load of memory, NOT GOOD. Going to reinstate my work I did with the Google API too. Oh yeah, had a nice weekend with the family, quite exhausted by the nephews and the hangover from drinking out with friends in Fareham... Saw the bungalow again, and it's not a bungalow any more, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms where the roof used to be, SMART!

We watched the game, it was all a bit much wasn't it, but I'll leave the commentary for everywhere else in the world. Hope it's a lie about Rooney having a broken foot, but in international terms, it doesn't really matter.

London Fleadh

Fleadh launch was a nice opportunity for a free drink,though there was very little announce that hadn't already been leaked, only Christy Moore, but more will be announced soon.



Very busy at work right now, though I've been hassled less since losing my co-web guy pidster, I think people are giving me a bit of breathing space that I'm not sure I need. Still it's meant more chances to do a bit of quality editorial and revenue chasing, Google ads are doing very well as a result of people searching for tickets recently (Madonna, Glastonbury, Will Young and so on), I would imagine the actual ticket revenue is also up, though there's a delay in getting that. Anyway, Fleadh tickets here, other Bob Dylan tickets (he's the headliner) there...



I have no stresses at all about the flat to spew forth here today, maybe I'll disconnect the phone so no-one can get through and tell me something anything bad. The busses in were really smooth today, though not everything in the world is ace; my lovely rose of Clare is off sick.
