		<description>&lt;br /&gt;Blimey, those cracks look almost as big as mine (although mine have been caused by subsidence).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What can they do with the cracks, I suppose if they aren't structural then it's just plaster and paint time.</description>
