Rail travel from Southend East.
Southend East has cctv payphone phone
Airports by rail, with Holiday Extras, who I work for. I am not earning a fee on this (damn).
To take benefit of these prices you will need to prove you are not a business traveller, en route to the airport, so you will need to give either yr flight details or your holiday booking reference. I don't think you will need to provide this when you arrive at southend-east station but you may be asked to provide them on yr travels from southend-east station to the airport.
Going to the airport on the train is great, you can sleep, read a book (even at night), play travel scrabble, or just gaze out of the window... The other restriction to buying these cheap train tickets from southend-east station to the airport is that there must be at least two grown ups travelling together. But another great benefit is that children go free. All children under five go free, and then one child over five but under sixteen per adult travelling on the train to the airport.
be sure to leave enough time to get to the airport early enough to eat, shop etc, so check the times of trains from southend-east station before you go. If you have time to kill at the airport you can always read a book or play travel scrabble again! As you have bought yr train ticket in advance, you don't need to worry about the opening hours of southend-east station.
southend-east station opening times: Monday-Friday 05:15-20:30, Saturday 06:15-15:40, Sunday 06:15-15:40..
You can get a train tickets this way from southend-east station to Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, and Newcastle. my employer don't sell tickets from southend-east station to Heathrow and some other airports, because you can't get one ticket to get you all the way there, boo! Damn you Heathrow Express!
