Rail travel from Paddington .
Airports by rail, with my employer, who I work for. I am not earning a fee on this (damn).
To take benefit of these prices you will need to prove you are not a business traveller, en route to the airport, so you will need to give either yr flight details or yr holiday booking reference. I don't think you will need to provide this when you arrive at paddington- station but you may be asked to provide them on yr travels from paddington- station to the airport.
Going to the airport on the train is great, you can sleep, read a book (even at night), play travel scrabble
be sure to leave plenty of time to get to the airport early enough to eat, shop etc, so check the times of trains from paddington- station before you go. If you have time to kill at the airport you can always read a book or play travel scrabble
You can get a train tickets this way from paddington- station to Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, and Newcastle. my employer don't sell train tickets from paddington- station to Heathrow and some other airports, because you can't get one train ticket to get you all the way there, boo! Damn you Heathrow Express!
