Heathrow, Heathrow Airport, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW6 1JHX.

Airports by rail, with Holiday Extras, who I work for. I am not making a commission on this (damn).

To take advantage of the best prices you will need to prove you are a leisure traveller, en route to the airport, so you will need to give either yr flight numbers or yr holiday booking reference. I don't think you will need to provide this when you arrive at the station but you may be asked to give them on your journey from lincoln-central station to the airport.

Going to heathrow airport on the train is great, you can take a nap, read a book (even at night), play a game, or just stare out of the window... The other restriction to buying these cheap train tickets from the station to heathrow airport is that there must be at least two grown ups travelling together. But another great benefit is that children go free. All children under 5 go free, and then one child over five but under sixteen per grown up travelling by train to heathrow airport.

be sure to leave enough time to get to the airport early enough to eat, shop etc, so check the times of trains from the station before you go. If you have spare time at the airport you can always read or play a game again! As you have bought yr train ticket in advance, you don't need to worry about the opening hours of the station.

lincoln-central station opening hours: Monday-Friday 05:00-23:45, Saturday 05:00-22:45, Sunday 10:30-23:45, .
