Sorry the site was down for two hours, there was a power failure in the Black Sabbath area...
Got this from the hosting company just now:
Early Monday morning UKSolutions suffered a loss of power. This loss affected a large area of Studley, Redditch and surrounding area.
Throughout the morning, the network and servers were running from backup power.
At 12:25 our UPS systems began to fail
At 12:30 the BT exchanges lost their backup power/generators due to the extended outage and telephones and network access were lost
At 12.45pm the final UPS feed was lost and all remaining servers were left without power.
At 1:25pm power was restored and the network and servers were restored.
Due to the extended nature of this outage, the runtime on UPS was insufficient to sustain the network services.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused, and assure you that we are looking into longer term solutions within the planning and environmental restrictions we have in our area.
So now you know... sorry it was unavailable, hope your enjoyment wasn't spoiled too much.

I'm not dieting or anything but I thought I'd follow this super no fat diet recipe. I added in a bit more veg:
1 medium sized onion, quartered and sliced thin
3 cloves garlic, chopped
5 chillis (pickled, all I had), finely chopped
2 tsp ground coriander
1 TBS dry mustard
5 cups + 1 TBS vege stock (converted from a US recipe, this is about 2.5 pints)
2 TBS fresh lemon juice
2 medium potatoes, cubed
1 carrot, chopped
2 sticks celery, finely chopped
1 can diced tomatoes (diced? oops)
3 cups thinly sliced cabbage,
salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Heat 1 TBS stock in a pot. "Healthy Saute" sliced onion over medium heat for about 5 minutes (I think this meant "fry it, but with stock / water rather than oil. Didn't do much except heat the onion up and dry it out). Stir in garlic and minced chili pepper. Continue to "saute" for another minute.
2. Stir in dried coriander and mustard, and add stock, and rest of ingredients except cabbage, salt and pepper.
2.5. Panic when you pour the chopped tomatoes in and you just get 3 or four big "plops" of whole plum tomatoes instead of a gentle cascade of chopped fruit / veg / product. Get the handheld blender you borrowed ages ago from a mate and have not yet returned and give the soup a whiz to break the toms down.
3. Simmer for about 20 minutes, uncovered, or until potatoes are tender.
4. Add cabbage, and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
ROCK! It's great, I ate it most of the weekend and I've got some in a flask for luncheon today. It didn't make me fart as much as I thought it would either.
